Bobcat

Apparently, someone spotted a bobcat in my apartment community.  So today all residents got an e-mail with a typically over the top warning about the potential of someone's dog being attacked.  Personally, I don't believe for a second that it was a bobcat - probably just someone's pet cat.  For a start, most of the woods surrounding the community have disappeared over the last year due to houses being built next to the community, so there is no way a bobcat could survive in the vicinity.  Just ridiculous.  There are a lot of other bigger issues in this community that need to be fixed rather than worrying about some unlikely sighting of a small and non-threatening cat.
