Song of the Week #37

Something seasonal is required.  I think I've previously posted my favorite Christmas song, so time to go for something different.  So here is an American Christmas song that I'd never heard of before until the last few days when it was recommended on one of the podcasts I listen to.  And I have subsequently found out that a cover of this topped the UK charts last year, which I had absolutely no idea about and had never heard (and still haven't heard!).  However, this is the original and I'm sure it's better.
