With little work to do, I took the opportunity to watch the entire Palace game during my lunch break. And I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with how well they performed against Arsenal - particularly in the first half. Just completely overpowered Arsenal with their energy, their competitiveness and their desire. We had the better players and the better team. Impressive. The dour, solid and unspectacular Palace team of recent years has been replaced by this younger, more energetic, more attacking team. And I like it. We've already scored as many goals so far this season as we did over the entire last season. And the future looks good.
