A visit to Hampton Court Palace today, one of the best day trips to do from Central London - and even more convenient when you have family living nearby! Don't get me wrong, I like coming here with my sister/niece/nephew. But this is definitely the kind of place I'd like to come back to by myself one day, when it's quieter (i.e. not during a school holiday and when there isn't an Easter hunt for young kids going on!), and take my time going round (maybe via an audio tour) and spend some time composing some quality photos.
