A sad day as my 100% record in Wordle was cruelly broken today. I was an unfortunate victim of circumstance – I guessed pound, wound, sound and bound, instead of the correct answer found. What kind of stupid language is it that has so many possible answers that end with the same 4 letters. What can you do. I was defeated by luck rather than skill.

ReplyDeleteIt's part of the skill set to pick up on multiple solution words & then utilise a guess to eliminate options.
Multiple guessing is a lack of skill / strategy.

ReplyDeleteYes, I have tried Quordle. Surprisingly, I don't find it challenging enough - I think it's because once you solve one word, you normally have enough letters to quickly solve the other words.
