Our clocks went forward yesterday. A ridiculous charade that we have to go through every year - completely redundant in this day and age. And stupidly confusing - the fact that we don't observe daylight saving time on the same dates as Europe is preposterous (and meant that I missed watching Palace live and grind out a very credible draw against City today). And even more preposterous is that 2 states in the US don't observe daylight saving time - Arizona and Hawaii. But Navajo Nation, in Arizona, DOES observe daylight saving time. So stupid. Surely it's time to end this practice, I'm fed up with the struggle of my body adjusting to the time change. It feels like self-induced and totally avoidable jet lag.
