I did some shopping at Walmart this week. As I was going up and down the various aisles, I realized that someone was stalking me. Or more accurately, something. I don't know whether you have these yet at your Tesco or your Sainsbury's or, most likely since they are affiliated with Walmart, your Asda - but Walmart has these big automated floor cleaning machines. Like giant Roombas. And this thing was following me around like a Terminator - it was crazy, and somewhat horrifying. It's bad enough that these monstrosities are replacing employees, but this one seemed to have developed some kind of nascent AI. Like an unhinged Robocop, it seemed to be targeting me for elimination - thank god it wasn't weaponized.
