I've been extremely lax with playing Ring Fit Adventure on my Switch. And after an extremely lazy week, I've decided I really need to make more of an effort. So starting today, I'm going to play it every day. It doesn't have to be for long - maybe no more than a 10-15 minute workout - but the main thing is to make it part of my daily schedule. I know I've said this before, but I can feel myself getting more unhealthy by the day so I think I mean it more this time. Yes, the game can get rather repetitive - but at least I do work up a little bit of a sweat when I play it, so that can only be a good thing.
