Blackout Wednesday

I think everyone knows that the Friday after Thanksgiving is called Black Friday.  But did you know that the Wednesday before Thanksgiving is called Blackout Wednesday or Drinksgiving?  I didn't.  It is supposedly the biggest night of the year in America for drinking.  Not really a surprise when nobody is working and nothing is open tomorrow.  It might be one of the rare midweek nights when even I have a drink.
