Reruns

So how did I spend my time working from home - apart from actually doing some work?  Well, I watched reruns of Star Trek - The Next Generation.  Even the crappiest holodeck episodes.  I don't think I've seen all 178 episodes, but I think I've seem most of them.  It could easily be my specialist subject in an episode of Mastermind, I've seen so many of them over the course of 30 years.  At least I've still got power to be able to watch telly, for the time being.  With the volume of snow falling tonight, lots of branches are coming down and bringing power lines down with them.  And I'm right in the convergence zone for it snowing all night.  So let's see if I last the night.  I feared the worst just earlier this evening when the lights flickered and I momentarily lost power, coincidentally at the exact moment they were talking about power outages on the local news - but fortunately it quickly came back on.  The last thing I need is to lose power, and so also lose heating and refrigeration.  That really would be the perfect (winter) storm.
