Donating Blood

At work, they are offering this program where you can earn $50 each time you donate blood to be used by researchers at work.  Nice, I think to myself, a quick and easy way to make some extra money.  Then I read the eligibility criteria -  and the very last exclusion criterion: You may NOT participate in the program if you have…. A citizenship from the EU.  Well that sucks.  But then, it seems more than likely that I won’t be a EU citizen after 29 March.  So does this mean I can make some money donating blood after that?  I doubt it.  Thanks Brexit for the extra confusion.
