Palace 2-0 Burnley
That feels like an important win. Breaks a run of 8 games without victory. Finally won a home game. And all against a fellow bottom dweller. I only saw brief highlights of the game, but by all accounts played well and deserved it. Hopefully can build on this, and string together a few more good results (starting with Brighton on Tuesday) to go with the good performances.

A trulty dominant performance (29 shots, 9 on target against Burnley's 5 & zero respectively).
ReplyDeleteAnd also Benteke's back in a few weeks - would never have thought he could be missed, but his absence has highlighted how well he links our attack play (evem if he couldn'y hit a cow's arse with a banjo).
Plus Steve Parish is openly dating Susanna Reid (a Palace "power couple".
All's currently well @ Selhurst (which usually means next week there'll be a crisis).
