Windows 10

I've got 2 laptops with Windows 10 installed.  One which came with Windows 10 pre-installed, the other which I upgraded to Windows 10.  The one which came with Windows 10 works like a dream.  The one which I upgraded does not.  It takes ages to load up, ages to run anything, and has resulted in all kinds of issues and problems.  And it only seems to be getting worse.  My frustration level and patience reached breaking point today when an upgrade didn't download properly, I couldn't access my e-mail and my whole computer ground to a halt.  Slow I can barely tolerate, but when everything freezes then I feel like throwing my laptop out the window.  Microsoft sucks.
