A few photos from a mid-week visit to a park I haven't been to in years, even though it's less than a 20 minute drive away. O. O. Denny Park is located in the Kirkland area of Greater Seattle, next to Lake Washington and about 5 miles south of where I live. This is really the perfect weekday lunchtime place to go for a hike - a short loop trail (maybe 2 miles), which has some elevation change so some good cardio exercise, not very busy at all (I maybe encountered 2 other people when I was there) and although the main loop follows a stream into the forest away from Lake Washington, there is also some shoreline to enjoy on a nicer day. I think this might become one of my regular jaunts.
