Pickles

Sonic is a fast-food chain here, and it has been heavily advertising this ghastly-looking pickle-themed menu:

Yes, even the drink includes pickle juice.  I shall not be testing this meal out.  I just don't get American's love of pickles.  I even tried some dill pickle flavo(u)red chips (crisps) today:

They weren't as bad as I feared, but all they did was make me miss British crisps even more than I already do.
