I haven't been very adventurous with my hiking recently - sticking to local walks near my home or near my office. Although I'd like to change this and go to some new or more scenic walks further afield, whatever I'm doing at the moment seems to be working because I'm gradually losing weight and I'm slowly feeling fitter. Bridle Trails State Park is one of my regular haunts, and I took the opportunity to take some photos when I hiked there over the weekend:
