I quite like this sign I saw in the front yard of one of the houses I pass on my regular neighborhood walk:
I appreciate the sentiments. But it got me wondering, does the UK have an equivalent to Fred Rogers? Who isn't a disgraced children's TV presenter. Maybe Fred Rogers is to children's TV as David Attenborough is to nature documentaries. I was thinking Tony Hart - but I think Tony Hart's US equivalent is Bob Ross. Among the other suggestions I saw in a reddit post were Johnny Ball, Brian Cant, Johnny Morris and "Blue Peter". In other words, I'm not sure there is a close equivalent.
