As always seems to be the case when I come back from the UK, my sleeping patterns take a long time to re-adjust. And they're currently all over the place - on my first night back I woke up at 2 am, and on my second night back I didn't go to sleep until 2 am. And in between, some napping and generally feeling very tired. Not good - I need to get this straightened out before a potentially taxing work week ahead.
