It was the first day of summer yesterday. And what was the weather like at Mount Rainier today? Here was a view from the webcam at the Paradise visitor center:
Yes, it was snowing. Mountain snow in late June. That is crazy. Not that I am going up Mount Rainier any time soon. It's all timed entry reservations now - which is thoroughly depressing and a pain in the ass if you ever want to visit the mountain now (which I haven't done for quite some time).
