Wind Chimes

I recently hung up some wind chimes just outside the door to my balcony.  Partly because I happened to notice there was a hook I could hang something up on, and partly to annoy my neighbors because I’m fed up with the miscellaneous noises they make to annoy me.  So it has been really windy the last few days, and the sound of these wind chimes banging around is loud and grating even to me.  But nobody has said anything, so they stay up until I finally move out of this place – which will hopefully happen soon as I have no intention of extending my lease again.
