I'll keep it brief. Guilty of treason, he should be hanged. But nope, it doesn't matter how many shady things he did while in office (or indeed before and after he was in office) he'll weasel his way out of them all. And will probably become president again. America is screwed.
The establishment (powers-that-be) will get a self serving maverick eventually, no matter how popular he is - look at BoJo today.
