A random observation - but I have been taking a lot more baths than usual recently. Maybe going from 1 a week to 3 or 4 a week. I find a bath to be a lot more relaxing than a shower - so perhaps I'm doing this because I've been feeling more stressed recently. And I think a bath also helps to soothe some of the ailments I've been experiencing. For example, I haven't felt nerve pain in my leg for a while now - though admittedly it's been a while since I tested myself with a really long walk. I only wish my tub was a bit bigger - so I can really stretch out and relax. To think that I used to live in apartments that didn't even have a tub - I wouldn't even consider moving somewhere that didn't have one now.
