I've made it quite clear that I don't care much for American politics. Well I care even less about British politics. Even though I was in the UK for the election earlier this year, I would honestly struggle to name the current prime minister. Such is my lack of interest and how quickly it has left my mind (and, as far as I'm aware, there has been zero post-election coverage in the US) . Anyway, I was somewhat bemused to encounter some political graffiti on the way to the train station yesterday. Some graffiti that I'm sure wasn't there a few days ago, and which they had already started to clean up. And it might be the first anti-Labour government graffiti that I think I've ever seen. I guess that shouldn't be a surprise when most of my time has been spent in the blue heartlands of Hertfordshire and Surrey. This was pre-Budget, so I guess some rich toff was angry at possibly having to give up more of their inheritance to the government.
