Daylight Saving Time

Our clocks went forward this morning.  And it's put me all out of whack.  I hate this charade of having to change the clocks twice a year - why do we even bother in this day and age.  But, surprise surprise, nothing will change because the country is totally divided on the issue.  Some people want to keep it standard time throughout the year.  Some people (like me) want to keep it summer time throughout the year.  I'd MUCH rather have more light in the evenings than in the mornings.  Naturally Trump has totally flip-flopped on the issue - previously pledging to end the time change, but since stating in typically inane fashion that "it's hard to get excited about it".  So, just as an FYI, I guess that means we have a 7 hour time difference with the UK for the next couple of weeks.
