Maybe my least favo(u)rite day of the year. A day that rubs my single status in my face. Of course I'm not happy that I'm single, but it is what it is - I can only play the hand that life has dealt me. But I particularly hate a day that commercializes relationships in a wholly unrealistic way. It's a consumerist scam. If you're in a healthy loving relationship, then Valentine's Day is totally redundant. Don't waste your money. But I'm hardly the best person to offer advice on this...
