A - belated by the time you read this - Merry Christmas to all! It was a painful one for me. Sometime on Christmas Eve, I somehow managed to strain a chest muscle. What did this mean? It was painful to sit down - whether it be a sofa, a dining chair, or a toilet. And it was especially painful to lie down. So I hardly got any sleep last night. The slightest movement in bed resulted in a wave of pain engulfing me. I'm feeling a bit better today - but things were definitely a bit off. Whether that was dozing off in front of the TV (not that there was anything good, or new, on American TV), or not having my Christmas meal until the evening. But it was probably because I missed spending Christmas back in the UK.
