This week can't end soon enough. I shouldn't be here. The symposium was, as expected, a total waste of time. Nothing of interest to me, and I skipped out on most of the talks yesterday. And attended a couple of workshops today that were similarly uninteresting and unhelpful. I simply don't understand what the point of all this is. I'm bored senseless, and even less motivated by my job than I already was. Didn't even get any decent swag out of the symposium - very disappointing.
