Sleep (Lack of)

If you don't include some napping I was doing in front of the telly this afternoon/evening (I was hardly able to get any shuteye on a very full and very noisy flight back), I haven't slept since about 6 am Seattle time.  On Tuesday.  And as I write this it is currently 11.15 pm in the UK.  On Wednesday.  That is -if my math(s) is correct - over 33 hours without sleep.  And I don't feel particularly tired right now, so I don't expect I'm going to get to sleep anytime soon.  I think it's fair to say that my general sleeping patterns haven't been good for quite some time, but I fear this trip could make things even worse.
