How long have I lived in America now? In total, about 20 years maybe? But show me a map of USA with state borders, and ask me to identify all the states - I think I'd struggle. In particular, the Midwest is a confusing mess to me - for example, which state is Iowa, which one is Nebraska and which one is Missouri? I should know this. Americans are notoriously bad at geography, but I didn't think this would rub off on me. Unfortunately, I think it has. More proof that living in the US has made me dumber.
