I'm very annoyed with myself. I had about $370 in an Alaska Airlines credit certificate. But it's gone. Extremely frustrating. I thought I had more time to book a flight using the credit, but instead it expired just before Thanksgiving. And I don't think there is any way to recover the credit. In some ways it serves me right for not making use of it before now (I think the credit originated during peak COVID time). It's not like I had a specific destination in mind - but still, it feels like a big waste. However, I do need to give some thought to some places I might go to next year. And I do want to travel a bit more than I have done in recent years. But I am somewhat limited if I'm also planning 2 trips back to the UK. But at least now that I've passed my 10 year anniversary since I rejoined this company, I do have an extra week of vacation to spend.
