I'm still not over my jet lag, and now the clocks went back last night (so we're back to an 8 hour time difference with the UK) so my body clock has become even more messed up. I was already waking up in the early hours, and now it's going to be the very early hours. And again this evening I fell asleep on my sofa - not just a doze, but a very heavy sleep. I woke up around 12 - and momentarily wasn't sure whether it was midnight or midday. Only when I looked outside and saw it was dark did I realize it was midnight - hence writing this post now before I go upstairs.
